Second, visit the brother schools that have started to provide nutritional lunch in our city, do a good job of experience research, and conduct in-depth analysis of lunch mix and lunch diversification. For example, the content of nutritional lunch standard, whether there is a school principal and teacher accompaniment system, the number and satisfaction of students who choose school nutritional lunch and have lunch with students, experience the lunch that has already met the standard, and understand the evaluation of students.
Third, experts are invited to participate in the formulation of standards. Introduce the situation of students in our school, and ask the experts to recommend healthy food suitable for the age of students in our school. It can be recommended separately according to the food source, food change rule and food type; make records, and consult the theoretical support of the above content, so as to explain to the parents later.
Fourth, to set standards. According to the current price standard of nutritious lunch in our region and the current situation of each school, make specific formulation. It includes the standard of purchasing food materials to the standard of available food materials, dosage, regular rotation, etc.
Fifth, invite the Health Bureau, market supervision bureau and other departments to help check the standards, especially to strictly regulate the food hygiene issues, and jointly release the above information.
