你会如何为学生营养午餐制定标准?

  为了满足部分学龄前儿童、低年级学生在学校吃午餐的需求,学校计划通过学校食堂供餐。如果领导把此事交给你,你会如何为营养午餐制定标准?

  In order to meet the needs of some pre-school children and junior students to have lunch in school, the school plans to provide meals through the school canteen. If the leader gave it to you, how would you set the standard for a nutritious lunch?

  制定明确的营养午餐标准,是为了给学校供餐和监管提供参考依据。标准明晰才能保证供餐安全,真正实现满足在校学生成长所需营养,也可以减少学生在校外接触存在食品安全隐患的食物,为家长解除后顾之忧。做好这项工作,也是积极响应国家的号召,所以此项工作意义重大。我将从以下几个方面着手开展营养午餐标准的制定工作:

  The purpose of establishing a clear nutritional lunch standard is to provide a reference for school feeding and supervision. Only when the standards are clear can we ensure the safety of food supply, truly meet the nutrition needs of the growth of school students, and also reduce the exposure of students outside school to the food with potential food safety risks, so as to relieve the parents' worries. To do this work well is also to actively respond to the call of the state, so this work is of great significance. I will start from the following aspects to develop the standard of nutritional lunch:

  一是针对当前国家出台的在校营养餐相关政策进行深入学习、研究,明确指导思想、原则、标准;通过查阅文献的方式,了解其他国家的供餐经验,结合我校实际做好笔记。

  First, in-depth study and Research on the relevant policies of school nutrition meal issued by the current state to clarify the guiding ideology, principles and standards; through literature review, understand the experience of other countries, and make notes in combination with the actual situation of our school.

  二是走访我市已经开始提供营养午餐的兄弟学校,做好经验调研,进行午餐配比、午餐多样化的深入分析。如,营养午餐标准的内容、是否有校长及老师陪餐制、选择学校营养午餐的学生数量及满意度等并与学生共进午餐,体验当前已经符合标准的午餐,并了解学生的评价。

  Second, visit the brother schools that have started to provide nutritional lunch in our city, do a good job of experience research, and conduct in-depth analysis of lunch mix and lunch diversification. For example, the content of nutritional lunch standard, whether there is a school principal and teacher accompaniment system, the number and satisfaction of students who choose school nutritional lunch and have lunch with students, experience the lunch that has already met the standard, and understand the evaluation of students.

  三是邀请专家参与标准制定。介绍我校学生情况,请符合我校学生年龄段的健康食物。可结合食物来源、食物变化规律、食物种类进行分别推荐;做好记录,并查阅好以上内容的理论支撑,以便后续给家长解释说明。

  Third, experts are invited to participate in the formulation of standards. Introduce the situation of students in our school, and ask the experts to recommend healthy food suitable for the age of students in our school. It can be recommended separately according to the food source, food change rule and food type; make records, and consult the theoretical support of the above content, so as to explain to the parents later.

  四是制定标准。根据当前我地区营养午餐的价格标准,以及各学校当前的状况,进行具体制定。包括食材采购标准到营养配比可用食材、用量、定期轮换的标准等。

  Fourth, to set standards. According to the current price standard of nutritious lunch in our region and the current situation of each school, make specific formulation. It includes the standard of purchasing food materials to the standard of available food materials, dosage, regular rotation, etc.

  五是邀请卫生局、市场监管局等部门,帮忙把关标准,尤其是对食品卫生问题进行严格规定,与上述信息共同发布。

  Fifth, invite the Health Bureau, market supervision bureau and other departments to help check the standards, especially to strictly regulate the food hygiene issues, and jointly release the above information.
