书记员速录技巧：如何提高打字速度和正确率？

一、盲打

1、 Blind beat

所谓“盲打”即击键时不看键盘而能正确、迅速地击键。“盲打”从初次接触键盘时就已经开始了，也就是说，良好的习惯是从开始时养成的。强调“盲打”主要是培养手对键盘的感觉，将手锻炼如眼睛一般准确，用大脑控制双手。

二、多键并击

多键并击：双手多个手指同时击打不同的键位。

注意：这是初学者经常出错的地方。刚开始录入时先将左手放在要打的键位上。待右手准确好，双手再同时并击。这样速度虽然慢，但随着练习的逐渐深入和对键盘的熟悉，会养成习惯，达到多键并击的效果。

在击键时要注意食指和中指，因为食指是控制四个键位的，较容易出错，有时还会与中指混淆，所以在初学时要注意每次击键后手指要回到标准键上，即大拇指回归“XB”两个键位，食指归回“G”键。

注意：不要一边打一边看屏幕，更不要一边打一边改。锻炼录入速度，并且培养快速录入状态，有输入错误的字、词，是因为对词语不熟练或击打较少，所以一定要将录入错误的字、词反复击打熟练。二遍仍然是重复上次的练习，快速录入，并进行小修改，通过不断地反复练习，将文章打熟。
